topic and if you already use Gmail, then you will get the option of favorite

you can choose Any Region.

you will see two options. First All Results and Second Best Results. You choose
one.

where you want the alert. For this, you have to go under the Deliver To option
and select the GMatch ID in which you want to receive the alert.

select the option of Create Alert and click.
