- Now choose INDIVIDUAL in the category.

- After this click on submit button.
- Now you will reach a new page where you will see four options.

- After this you will have to submit a copy of the required documents and pay a charge of Rs 120.
- After this, an OTP will appear on your number. Submit to OTP now.
- Now you will get the option to download a form which you can save or print.
- After applying, the PAN card will reach your address given in 15 days.
